Hi Bob, just thought I'd take a second and say thanks for the great service. I can find stuff in your "store" that I don't find where I live.  Hope we  get a chance to talk at the Red Hook outing

I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Bob's Outdoors. While fishing in Ludington last week I went to release a downrigger rod when the rod suddenly snapped in two in the process (rod purchased 14 months ago). Being that I purchased my arsenal from Bob's I called him and asked what I could do in regards to warranty. He said the company would likely take a month to turn it around so he would just replace it with one from his inventory. Two days later I had a brand new rod at my door step never missing a beat. I may have initially bought equipment there because of competitive prices, but I return because of exceptional service. Thanks Bob!

I placed an order with Bob's.  He didn't have the exact color I wanted. But I got like 3 copies of the next closest color instead and was not billed for any of them.
I know where I'm doing my Christmas shopping this year.

At Birch Run this spring...I had some questions regarding some of the tackle for sale at Bob's booth....and even though he was swamped with other potential customers...he took the time to discuss all of my questions about the tackle he was selling.
